Job Summary :
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing sales operations within an assigned region to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving sustainable business growth in alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to deliver on sales targets and performance goals.
2. Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
3. Monitor distributor activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels, effective stock rotation, and compliance with company policies.
4. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint within the region.
5. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare accurate regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management decision-making.
7. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales operations with overall business goals.
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
9. Drive the execution of promotional and trade marketing activities to increase brand visibility and sales volume.
10. Ensure the continuous training, motivation, and professional development of the regional sales team.
