About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber, assertive, and commercially savvy HR & Admin Associate to spearhead our human resources and administrative operations.
This is not a purely administrative role, we need a matured, firm, and proactive operational anchor who can bring structure, introduce corporate discipline, and drive a culture of accountability across our store and office teams. You will interact with affluent and influential customers, high-profile vendors, and senior executives, requiring a polished demeanor, exceptional emotional intelligence, and unwavering professional confidence.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Structure, Accountability & Performance Management
Introduce & Enforce Structure: Develop, implement, and monitor company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace guidelines across retail and operational functions.
Drive Team Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics, daily checklists, and KPIs for floor staff, sales representatives, and administrative personnel.
Attendance & Discipline Management: Enforce strict punctuality, dress code/grooming standards, and attendance policies suited for a high-end luxury retail environment.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard top-tier retail talent (Store Managers, Sales Executives, Support Staff) who embody the brand's luxury positioning.
Learning & Development: Organize training programs focused on high-end customer service, luxury retail sales etiquette, product fluency, and conflict resolution.
2. High-Touch Client & VIP Relations (Administrative Leadership)
Serve as an executive operational liaison for high-profile, VIP, and influential clients visiting the showroom or making bespoke inquiries.
Maintain a polished, highly professional brand presence, ensuring all client-facing interactions reflect luxury service standards.
Handle high-stakes customer feedback or sensitive escalations with tact, diplomacy, and sound decision-making.
3. Facility & Retail Operations Administration
Oversee day-to-day showroom and administrative facility operations, ensuring the physical environment is pristine, organized, and running smoothly.
Manage vendor contracts, supplier relationships, procurement of office supplies, and utility maintenance.
Coordinate stock/inventory logistics support between the warehouse, showroom floor, and delivery logistics teams.
Maintain complete employee records, payroll inputs, leave schedules, and statutory compliance documentation.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administration, with mandatory prior experience in a retail environment (luxury retail, boutique hospitality, or high-end consumer goods preferred).
Maturity & Executive Presence: Exceptional emotional intelligence, polished communication, and the confidence to relate seamlessly with wealthy, high-net-worth, and influential clientele.
Assertiveness & Decision-Making: Proven ability to make firm, fair, and timely operational decisions; bold enough to hold staff accountable and manage workplace discipline without hesitation.
Organizational Design: Demonstrated track record of building HR workflows, SOPs, and performance tracking systems from the ground up or improving existing structures.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
