• The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring eligible customers, particularly small and medium-sized business owners, who require financing.
• The role involves engaging prospective borrowers in assigned markets, introducing available loan products, explaining the application process, and supporting customers through the loan application journey.
• The successful candidate will actively develop new customer relationships, generate quality loan leads, follow up on applications, and work closely with verification and credit teams to facilitate successful disbursements.
• This is a field-based, target-driven role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving daily and monthly loan sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
• Educate customers on available loan products and benefits
• Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding process
• Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.

Requirements

• 0-1 year experience (training will be provided)
• Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must reside in any of the states advertised for vacancy.
