Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients, projects, markets, and business opportunities within the construction and renovation industry.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, industry events, research, and direct outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements and business opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate with prospects and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain an active business development pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Work closely with project and technical teams to develop solutions and convert opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and secure repeat business.
• Achieve agreed business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, business development, sales, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or relationship management.
• Good understanding of the construction and renovation industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/business development tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Must be able to commute to Ikeja, Lagos, conveniently.
