• We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial management and controls of a premium/luxury restaurant business.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurant or hospitality finance, with a solid understanding of F&B costing, inventory control, profitability, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Monitor food & beverage costs, gross margins, labour costs and operating expenses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor restaurant revenue, cash flow and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, stock reconciliation, wastage and variance analysis.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze sales and operational data and provide commercial insights to Management.
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Kitchen and F&B teams to improve profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with significant restaurant or F&B experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant costing, inventory, stock control, and profitability analysis.
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
