IT INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation and reliability of the Company's IT environment. The role will ensure effective end-user support, network administration, hardware and software maintenance, user access management and troubleshooting across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT infrastructure and operational activities.
  
• Provide and oversee first- and second-level technical support.
  
• Manage computers, printers, POS devices, network equipment and other IT hardware.
  
• Administer networks, connectivity and related infrastructure.
  
• Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions.
  
• Install, configure and maintain software and hardware.
  
• Troubleshoot system, network and end-user issues.
  
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly.
  
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
  
• Support backups, security controls and system recovery processes.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  
• Ensure IT systems remain operational across all business locations.
  
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
  
• 4–6 years' IT infrastructure/support experience.
  
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  
• Experience supporting multi-site operations is advantageous.
  

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. 5–8 years' experience in IT, including supervisory or leadership experience. Experience managing ERP/POS environments. Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure and IT governance. Retail, hospitality or multi-location business experience is advantageous.
