Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting frameworks to ensure rigorous financial control.
• Apply expert-level analytical and computing skills to evaluate complex project datasets, identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Lead negotiations and influence cross-functional project teams to resolve intricate project issues and align stakeholders on budgetary requirements.
• Provide high-level consulting to senior management regarding process efficiency improvements, quality assurance protocols, and long-term project budget strategies.
• Offer mentorship and professional guidance to supervisory staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in project cost and schedule estimating roles within the engineering or oil and gas sectors.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field from an accredited institution.
• Proven mastery in the use of advanced cost estimating software and project management tools to produce accurate, data-driven forecasts.
• Demonstrated history of providing strategic leadership and executive-level consulting on large-scale capital projects.
• Expert ability to adapt to shifting project priorities in an onsite, high-pressure environment while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Strong track record of successfully influencing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering effective, high-level technical mentorship to staff.
