Gross Monthly Remuneration: 400000 (Net) Performance Bonuses

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and analytical Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational workflows and drive efficiency across our business this role you will play a central part in managing procurement lifecycles maintaining inventory levels coordinating logistics ensuring FMCG regulatory compliance and facilitating seamless inter-facility communication between our corporate office and manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Process Oversight: Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure strict adherence to service standards production schedules and operational guidelines.
  
  
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycleraising purchase orders (POs) securing approvals coordinating with vendors for timely delivery and reconciling invoices with finance.
  
  
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Track stock levels manage reorder thresholds and coordinate both inbound and outbound shipments between suppliers central storage and production facilities.
  
  
• Inter-Facility Liaison: Act as the operational bridge between office management and factory site teams to align on production needs supply availability and resource allocation.
  
  
• Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with FMCG industry standards; manage necessary documentation support internal audits and process regulatory filings.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR IT Finance and Commercial teams to resolve operational bottlenecks streamline workflows and support new system implementations.
  
  
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Compile daily weekly and monthly operational performance metrics to present actionable insights to the General Manager.

Requirements

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree (Minimum Second Class Lower / 2:2) in Business Administration Management Engineering Economics or a related discipline.
  
  
• Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in operations supply chain or process management within the FMCG sector (Skincare/Cosmetics preferred).
  
  
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiar with stock management principles ERP/CRM systems and purchase-to-pay workflows.
  
  
• Core Competencies: Strong command of logistics coordination invoice reconciliation inventory control and FMCG regulatory guidelines.
  
  
• Personal Attributes: High analytical ability proactive problem-solving capacity and the agility to manage multiple operational tracks in a fast-paced environment.
