Chief of Staff

In partnership with our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as strategic operator and execution partner to the CEO of a leading entertainment and production company. This role translates vision into disciplined action, accelerates decision-making, and ensures priorities become results, acting as a force multiplier for the CEO and execution partner to the CBO as the business scales into its next phase of growth, locally and globally.

Who are we looking for?

• You are highly analytical, execution-oriented, and politically astute, comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
• You have 7 to 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment, or senior business roles.
• You have worked closely with C-level executives or founders, and know how to manage up effectively.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure environments.
• You bring high emotional intelligence and can navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with ease.
• You hold a valid passport and can travel internationally at short notice, with minimal visa restrictions.

Your Responsibilities…

Strategic Execution & Prioritization

• You will translate the CEO's priorities into clear daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual execution roadmaps with defined owners, milestones, and outcomes.
• You will identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• You will support expansion into new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• You will monitor progress on key initiatives and proactively surface risks, blockers, and trade-offs.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

• You will act as a central point of coordination across senior leadership and key functions.
• You will drive alignment on priorities, decision rights, and execution timelines to focus on high-impact work.
• You will prepare leadership materials, briefings, and recommendations for the Executive Office, investors, and board discussions.
• You will coordinate across departments to eliminate silos and improve speed of delivery.

Executive Office Management

• You will serve as a confidential sounding board and gatekeeper for the CEO.
• You will optimize the CEO's time and focus by filtering, structuring, and synthesizing information.
• You will ensure follow-through on key decisions, tracking accountability and closure.
• You will improve internal communication, documentation, and organizational clarity.

Governance, Risk & Financial Oversight

• You will design and run effective operating check-ins, including OKRs, weekly exec meetings, and quarterly planning.
• You will support contract review processes and high-level negotiations with key stakeholders.
• You will monitor major deal execution across venues, artists, sponsors, and agencies, ensuring contract fulfilment.
• You will partner with Finance to protect margins and maintain cost discipline.
• You will ensure risk management frameworks are respected across the business.

Subsidiaries and Special Projects

• You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives critical to company performance.
• You will conduct research and scenario analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• You will develop business cases, proposals, and investment guidelines for new initiatives.

To be considered for this role you should have…

• 7 to 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment, or senior business roles.
• Experience in entertainment, media, live events, hospitality, or large-scale production is a strong advantage.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally at short notice.
• Proven experience working closely with C-level executives or founders.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
