Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and highly knowledgeable Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to oversee the production process of pharmaceutical products and ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards,including Current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP), and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical production operations and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
• Manage production schedules to meet demand and minimize downtime.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Analyze production data and implement operational improvements as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Manage product quality assessments and implement quality control programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Implementing and reviewing (SOPs) for production operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry or allied disciplines.
• Minimum of Five (5) to Eight (8)years of progressiveexperience as a Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor
• Excellent understanding of industry safety standards and quality control regulations.
• Experience with inventory management and production scheduling
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Candidates without proven Pharmaceutical Production experience should not apply.
