Qualifications

• NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) qualification required
• Valid teaching licence or certification
• Proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting (Secondary and Montessori schools)
• In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum and standards
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational trends
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
