Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation, inventory management, and vendor relationship skills, with experience in procurement within a pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure pharmaceutical products and medical supplies from approved vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient supply operations.

Requirements
The following Requirements will be strictly folllowd:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CIPSMN) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in a healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/procurement management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Should be available to resume within the next 2-3 weeks.
