Job Description

• We requires the servicers of an experienced Electrical and Air- Conditioner Technician who OND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

Functional Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
• Air conditioners trouble shooting and repairs
• air conditioners installations
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Preparing cost estimates.
• Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams
• Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools
• Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices
• Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in the apartments
• Adhering to state and local building regulations.
• Completing work orders on time
• Documenting the work completed and materials used
• Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
