About the Role

• Are you an ambitious, self-motivated closer with a proven track record of selling high-value assets? SOW Real Estate is seeking a top-tier Luxury Real Estate Investment Adviser based in Abuja to join our elite sales team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and converting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors into property owners.
• We are looking for a go-getter who thrives under target-driven environments, requires zero hand-holding, and knows how to position premium real estate assets as high-yield investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Yield Lead Conversion: Proactively engage, nurture, and convert potential leads into purchasing clients.
• Portfolio Presentation: Conduct tailored, high-value presentations and physical site inspections for luxury real estate products.
• Client Advisory: Advise high-net-worth prospects on market trends, capital appreciation, rental yields, and wealth preservation through strategic land and property acquisition.
• Deal Structuring & Closing: Diagnose client hesitations, resolve complex financial or trust objections, and navigate transactions through to final deposit and contract signing.
• Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verified experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end luxury product sales (e.g., luxury automobiles, wealth management products, high-end assets).
• Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and closing high-ticket deals.
• Location: Must currently reside in Abuja, Nigeria (Candidates outside Abuja may not be considered).
• Personal Traits: Extremely presentable, highly impressionable, articulate, and intrinsically self-motivated with an assertive "go-getter" mindset.
• Skills: Advanced negotiation, pipeline management, client relationship management, and deep knowledge of the local Abuja real estate market landscape.
