Job Description
- We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Gardener to maintain and keep the company’s gardens, lawns, plants, and outdoor areas clean, healthy, and well-presented.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s surroundings are clean, neat, attractive, and well-maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants.
- Water plants and ensure proper care and maintenance.
- Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and other plants.
- Prune trees, shrubs, and flowers as required.
- Mow and trim lawns and grass regularly.
- Keep outdoor areas, walkways, and garden surroundings clean and tidy.
- Identify and report plant diseases, pests, or other gardening issues.
- Carry out routine maintenance of garden areas and outdoor spaces.
- Dispose of leaves, grass, branches, and other garden waste properly.
- Assist with landscaping and other outdoor maintenance activities when required.
- Ensure gardening tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Ensure gardening areas are always neat and presentable.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Gardener, Groundskeeper, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of basic gardening and plant care.
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
- Good attention to detail and ability to keep outdoor areas neat and presentable.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
