Key Requirements — Professional Experience

• Degree: University degree or HND in Management Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field. Atleast 2.1 or Uppercredit
• MBA/MSc is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of varied experience in Supply Chain Management with hands-on exposure to procurement, logistics, and material planning
• Proven track record of managing Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, Form M processing, and full international trade compliance documentation
• Demonstrated ability to forecast material needs, manage inventory levels, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity across engineering or infrastructure projects

Technical Competencies:

• Strong experience in material requirements planning — analysing usage history, lead times, and inventory data to maintain operational readiness across project sites
• Practical knowledge of vendor management — negotiating with suppliers for best cost and lead time, maintaining supplier databases, and generating delivery schedules
• Familiarity with MRP systems such as PARIC or equivalent ERP platforms, with ability to ensure data accuracy and resolve system issues promptly
• Experience liaising with clearing agents, customs officials, Nigeria Customs Service, and government agencies to prevent delivery delays, seizures, or demurrage
• Proficiency in preparing monthly performance reports, statistical analyses, and coordinating with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics stakeholders.
