The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch, ensuring effective delivery of security services, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and achievement of operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the branch.
- Manage the deployment, supervision, and performance of security personnel across client locations.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Monitor guard attendance, discipline, conduct, appearance, and operational performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and promptly address service concerns, complaints, and operational issues.
- Coordinate incident response, investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with service standards.
- Monitor manpower requirements, staff deployment, and operational coverage across client sites.
- Prepare and submit regular branch, operational, incident, and performance reports to management.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate measures to improve security service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of branch personnel.
- Monitor branch resources and expenses to promote operational efficiency and cost control.
- Support business development and client retention initiatives within the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant operational or management experience, preferably within the private security industry.
- Proven experience managing security personnel, client accounts, and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of security operations, risk management, and incident management.
- Ability to manage large teams and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong client relationship and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of operational reports.
- Professional security or management certification is an advantage.
