Job Summary

• Marsand Bespoke Joinery is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that showcases our bespoke joinery, completed projects, craftsmanship, showroom, products, and overall brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage Marsand’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent content schedule.
• Create high-quality photo and video content for social media.
• Develop reels, short-form videos, stories, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
• Capture content from the showroom, production floor, project sites, installations, and completed projects.
• Ensure all content reflects Marsand’s premium brand image and quality of work.
• Monitor comments, messages, and enquiries and ensure relevant leads are properly recorded and handed over.
• Develop creative content ideas and stay updated with relevant social media trends.
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, enquiries, and other relevant metrics.
• Work with the Sales, Customer Service, Design, Production, and Management teams to develop relevant content.
• Provide regular updates and reports on social media activities and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Ability to edit videos and images using relevant tools.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media trends.
• A portfolio of previous social media/content work is an advantage.
