About the Role

• We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded QSR Expansion Officer to join our Business Expansion & Growth team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating high-potential locations for new restaurant outlets, conducting market and competitor research, sourcing commercial properties, supporting lease negotiations, and managing the expansion pipeline from site identification to acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and scout high-potential locations for new QSR outlets.
• Conduct market research, location analysis, and competitor mapping.
• Evaluate sites based on customer traffic, demographics, visibility, accessibility, competition, rent, and sales potential.
• Source suitable commercial properties through landlords, agents, developers, and other channels.
• Negotiate favourable commercial terms with property owners and agents.
• Prepare site evaluation and feasibility reports for management review.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available and prospective locations.
• Track approved sites from negotiation through acquisition and handover.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, Facility & Maintenance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams during expansion.
• Monitor emerging commercial areas and identify new market opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on the company's expansion pipeline and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business expansion, real estate, retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos commercial locations and property markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
• Ability to conduct frequent field visits across Lagos.
• Experience in commercial property acquisition or retail expansion is an added advantage.
• Valid driver's licence is an advantage.
