Summary

• PRL Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the store team to drive performance and development.
• Oversee daily store operations, including team deployment, opening and closing procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, product launches, and other commercial initiatives.
• Act on behalf of the Store Manager when required to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, senior sales, or team lead role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supporting retail operations.
• Good knowledge of customer service, inventory management, and retail processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware, results-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
