Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies.
• Generate qualified inbound leads and develop outbound campaigns and sales funnels.
• Manage CRM utilization and pipeline visibility.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and optimize marketing performance.
• Plan and manage Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, SEO, GA4, and Search Console.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Support proposals, pitches, networking, sponsorships, and industry opportunities.
• Strengthen brand positioning through case studies, thought leadership, newsletters, and PR.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve growth activities.
• Recommend new revenue opportunities and improve marketing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Proven experience generating leads and contributing to revenue.
• Experience with paid digital campaigns and analytics.
• Strong commercial, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, CRM, landing page optimization, email marketing, copywriting, and business development.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation, HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, and AI tools is an advantage.
