Job Description

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Marketing Officers to support the company’s marketing activities, particularly in promoting its real estate projects, generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting property sales and visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  
• Promote the company’s real estate projects, properties, and services.
  
• Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
  
• Assist with property viewings, client engagement, and prospective buyer interactions.
  
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
  
• Support digital marketing activities across relevant social media platforms.
  
• Create and coordinate marketing content in collaboration with the marketing team.
  
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  
• Assist with marketing events, activations, property launches, and promotional activities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and conversions.
  
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support business objectives.
  
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
  
• Meet assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, communications, or a related field (compulsory.)
  
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
  
• Experience in real estate, property sales, construction, or a related industry is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
  

Benefits

Salary: 300,000 net, plus HMO

Requirements
Academic Qualification: HND/BSc Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with experience in land sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets Experience leading and managing sales teams Strong leadership, accountability, and organizational skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage Ability to build systems, structures, and scalable processes Smart, energetic, proactive, and result-oriented
