Summary Of Responsibilities
Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Develop visual content for social media and other approved communication platforms.

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain brand consistency across all contents and digital platform.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote company products, services, events, and announcements online.
• Provide technical support for company events and corporate programmes.

IT Responsibilities:

• Carry out Installation of hardware and troubleshoot computer issues.
• Maintain hardware components through repair or replacement.
• Daily backup of all database files and documents.
• Updating of malware protection devices to prevent viruses or computer hacking.
• Monitor clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND or BSc Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same or related capacity.
• Attention to details and good record management
• Proficiency in the use of Corel Draw and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in the use of wordpress and elemento.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools and content performance metrics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintenance of hardware.
• Familiar with LAN network, routers, switches and servers.
• Any IT Certifications (CCNA, MCSE. e.t.c) will be an added advantage.
• Candidate willing to relocate to Awe, Oyo will be preferred.
