- The Public-Private Partnership & Investment Promotions Office (PPP&IP Office), Office of the Governor, Abia State, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and coordination support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft executive briefs, reports, presentations, memoranda, correspondence, and decision-support documents.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up on key decisions.
- Manage proposals, submissions, and executive correspondence, identifying priority issues and required actions.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records, document control systems, and confidentiality protocols.
- Support research, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, English, Mass Communication, Project Management, Engineering, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant professional experience, including support to senior executives, project teams, government institutions, financial institutions, consulting firms, or development organisations.
- Demonstrable experience preparing executive documents, reports, presentations, meeting records, and project documentation.
- Experience in PPPs, investment promotion, infrastructure, public service, banking, consulting, law, or development finance is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, writing, research, and organisational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency, strong PowerPoint skills, and working knowledge of Excel and digital collaboration tools.
- High integrity, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
