Job Description

• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests both onsite and through online orders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from order taking to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests onsite in a friendly, professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders (onsite and online platforms)
• Serve orders promptly and ensure quality presentation
• Respond to online orders/inquiries and coordinate timely fulfillment
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Education

• Secondary school certificate (minimum); OND is an advantage

Experience:

• 1–2 years' experience in customer service, waitering, or related hospitality role

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Multitasking and time management
• Basic computer/POS and online order platform proficiency
• Problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration
