Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support the effective management of our human resources, administrative, and operational functions.
  • The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, memos, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Support payroll administration by providing accurate and timely employee information.
  • Coordinate general office administration, facilities, supplies, vendors, and administrative requirements.
  • Support inventory-related activities, including stock documentation, reconciliation, and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Assist with product pricing updates, price-list maintenance, and ensuring approved pricing information is accurately communicated and implemented.
  • Liaise with stores and relevant departments to resolve administrative, inventory, and pricing-related issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a retail or fast-paced business environment is an added advantage.
  • HR professional certification is an added advantage.
