Program Objective

• As part of our talent development strategy, we are seeking high-potential young graduates for our One-Year Graduate Internship Program.
• To provide recent graduates with structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure across key functions of a downstream oil & gas business.
• Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and business need.

Responsibilities
Interns will be rotated across departments to gain broad exposure. Core areas include:
Operations & Supply Chain:

• Support cylinder filling, depot operations, inventory management and logistics coordination
• Assist in route planning and fleet monitoring for nationwide distribution

Commercial & Sales:

• Support distributor relationship management and market expansion activities.
• Assist with sales data analysis, customer onboarding, and trade marketing

HSE, Quality & Compliance:

• Support implementation of HSE policies in line with NMDPRA and ISPS Code requirements
• Assist with audits, safety drills, and documentation

Finance, HR & Corporate Services:

• Support in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and training administration
• Assist Finance with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management

Requirements
To be considered, applicants MUST meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) from a recognized University.
• Age: Not more than 27 years at the time of application.
• Discipline: Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• NYSC: Must have completed NYSC or have an exemption certificate. Proof required.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, and high integrity.
• Attributes: Self-driven, team player, willing to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced oil & gas environment. Willingness to be posted to any location nationwide.
