Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced AI Trainers / AI Data Annotators to support the training and evaluation of artificial intelligence models.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate short video clips using detailed annotation guidelines.
• Identify, classify and label actions, objects, interactions and events within video content.
• Apply prompts accurately to assigned video and data tasks.
• Timestamp specific events and activities within video clips.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and determine whether outputs accurately reflect the provided content.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies and omissions in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide precise feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of annotation tasks.
• Escalate ambiguous or complex cases appropriately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, AI evaluation, RLHF, model evaluation or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience reviewing and evaluating AI-generated content.
• Strong understanding of prompts and how AI systems interpret instructions.
• Experience with video, image, text or multimodal data annotation is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make consistent judgments.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to interpret and apply detailed guidelines accurately.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.

• AI data annotation
• AI response evaluation
• RLHF or human feedback projects
• Computer vision or video annotation
• Prompt evaluation
• Machine learning datasets
• Content moderation or quality assurance
