Develop, manage and expand strategic partnerships for UR9 Group by identifying high-value opportunities with corporate organizations, government institutions, private investors, real estate clients, vendors, developers, consultants, hospitality partners, media clients, event clients and other institutional stakeholders.
Drive institutional business development, channel growth and key account acquisition across UR9 Group's subsidiaries by creating partnership pipelines, preparing proposals, following up on leads, negotiating commercial terms, converting prospects and securing business opportunities that directly support revenue growth.
Manage UR9 Group's key accounts and strategic relationships by maintaining strong client engagement, tracking partnership performance, resolving relationship issues, identifying repeat-business opportunities and ensuring that major clients and partners receive professional, timely and high-value service.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, International Relations, Communications or any related field; a Master's Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in strategic partnerships, institutional business development, corporate sales, key account management, channel development, client relationship management and commercial growth roles.
Must have practical experience identifying business opportunities, managing corporate or institutional clients, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, converting leads, maintaining key accounts and supporting revenue growth within a multi-business or fast-growing organization.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong business development, partnership management, institutional sales, client acquisition, key account management, negotiation, proposal development and revenue-generation skills.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, follow-up, persuasion and commercial closing skills with the ability to engage senior executives, investors, agencies, institutions and high-value clients professionally.
Strong market intelligence, channel development, CRM usage, reporting, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination skills for working with UR9's management and operational teams.
