Project & Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to coordinate client projects account management and creative production ensuring work is delivered on time within available resources and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

* Oversee active client accounts projects campaigns and deliverables.
* Establish timelines milestones responsibilities and project priorities.
* Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays and risks.
* Coordinate workflow between Account Management and Creative teams.
* Ensure briefs assets feedback revisions and approvals are properly managed.
* Monitor team workload capacity and resource requirements.
* Establish quality checkpoints and reduce errors missed deadlines and rework.
* Develop and maintain project workflows SOPs templates and trackers.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Management Marketing Communications or a related field.
* 35 years relevant experience in project management agency delivery account/project coordination digital marketing or a similar environment.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: * Lead day-to-day delivery operations and oversee client projects from briefing to completion. * Assign ownership for projects and deliverables and monitor deadlines and dependencies. * Manage team workload capacity and resource allocation. * Run weekly planning and operational check-in meetings. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative account management growth and external partners. * Establish quality checkpoints and ensure deliverables meet required standards. * Identify recurring quality and delivery issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Project Management Operations or a related field. * 46 years relevant experience in operations agency/project delivery client services or a similar environment. * Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Professional qualification/certification in project or operations management is an advantage.
