Descriptor

• Identifies gaps in documentations and manage onboarding across the business.
• Provides advice to client and agents as required
• Serve as a liaison between Corporate Sales Team members and internal departments (Operations Compliance HR Finance IT Marketing and others).
• Manages data on behalf of the corporate sales team.
• Responsible for writing reports keeping minutes of sales team meetings and related secretarial functions.
• Schedule meetings training sessions and events for the corporate sales team.
• Manage corporate sales-related email distribution lists.
• Prepare and distribute sales kits marketing materials and product collateral to sales team members.
• Manage electronic document storage and retrieval for agreements disclosures and compliance forms.
• Process sales team members requests for supplies business cards etc.
• Assist with preparing reports presentations and meeting materials for distribution leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A first degree or its equivalent
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Interpersonal and time management skills
• Good knowledge of MS packages (Especially MS Word MS Excel and Outlook)
• Relevant experience of 1 2 years
