Prestige Grove is a premium multi-unit serviced short-let property in Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Lagos Mainland, soft-launching in a couple of weeks. We're hiring a senior on-site Operations Manager to own launch readiness and run the property day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

• Owns overall launch readiness and runs day-to-day operations after opening
• Builds and maintains SOPs for front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory
• Manages onboarding and offboarding and directly supervises all staff
• Manages vendor relationships (utilities, supplies, artisans/contractors)
• Owns the security function: agency liaison, access policy, CCTV/incident review, and personally inducts every guard deployed onsite
• Tracks occupancy, pricing, and P&L, and reports to ownership on a set cadence
• Single escalation point for guest complaints and staff issues
• Manages client relationship lifecycle

Requirements:

• HND/BSc with 5+ years of hospitality, hotel, or serviced-apartment management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Comfortable with budgets, vendor negotiation, and basic P&L
• Working knowledge of PMS tools, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business
• Fluent, professional spoken and written English
• Lagos-based or willing to relocate; proximity to the facility is an advantage
• High personal integrity - this role has unsupervised access to cash, vendor payments and guest units
