Job Summary
- As a Waiter/ Barman, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in our restaurants, bars, and lounges.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring prompt attention to their needs
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables
- Knowledge of menus, wine lists, and cocktails
- Handle guest complaints and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments
- Participate in wine and menu training programs
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in hospitality or food & beverage (desirable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy trays
- Fluency in English
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine, and cocktails
- Certification in wine or mixology
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
