Job Summary

• We are seeking an executive leader to oversee our O&M operations, service agreements, and project delivery with direct responsibility for revenue growth, margins, contract performance, customer relationships, and team leadership.

Key Priorities:

• Proven P&L ownership and revenue accountability
• Leadership maturity, and team management
• Commercial, contract, and O&M service-delivery management
• Relevant oil & gas and power industry experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operational & Service Delivery: Lead operations teams in executing O&M contracts and maintenance projects, managing staffing, inventory, site safety, and contractor performance.
• Commercial & Tender Oversight: Direct service tender packages, vendor evaluations, contract awards, and technical pricing to win and acquire O&M service agreements.
• Financial & Project Governance: Take full accountability for budgets, risk management, delivery timelines, and profit margins to meet company financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership & Process Excellence: Align operational goals with business strategy while implementing standardized tools, best practices, and execution frameworks.
• Stakeholder & OEM Engagement: Manage OEM technical training programs and maintain strategic relationships with clients, global partners, and regulatory agencies.

Requirement

• Education: First degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas and Power sectors; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Technical & Commercial Skills: Hands-on experience with O&M/T&M contracts, rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps), vendor negotiations, and ERP tools (SAP B1, CMMS).
• Competencies: Strong integrity, resilience, emotional intelligence, and business acumen.
