Job Description

• As our Branding & Communications Specialist, you will be the custodian of our brand voice, visual identity, and strategic messaging. You will design and execute integrated communication strategies, drive multi-channel campaigns, and ensure every piece of content from social media copy to executive reports aligns with our core values.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity:

• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity to ensure consistency across all marketing assets, digital platforms, and corporate communications.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure company-wide alignment.
• Conceptualize and produce high-impact brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Communications & Content Management:

• Create, edit, and oversee compelling content for digital channels, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
• Develop and manage dynamic content calendars across all active channels.
• Craft engaging internal communications, company updates, and event messaging to foster employee alignment and positive workplace culture.
• Draft executive communications, media briefs, and official statements as needed.

PR & External Relations:

• Identify key media opportunities, industry events, and partnership possibilities to enhance brand visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, PR partners, and key community stakeholders.
• Monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor positioning to proactively adapt strategy.

Campaign Execution & Analytics:

• Plan and coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social engagement, and media reach using relevant metrics and tools.
• Utilize insights to optimize future communication strategies and demonstrate return on investment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in brand management, corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone, grammar, and storytelling.
• Digital Literacy: Proven track record of managing social media channels, content calendars, and email marketing platforms.
• Design & Tools: Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and spreadsheet/reporting applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for workflow tracking and analytics.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage timelines, events, and cross-functional deliverables under deadline.
