Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all production floor staff, including the Production Supervisor, Finance Officer, and all functions across Production, Inventory, and Logistics.
• Oversee daily production operations across all injection moulding lines to meet output targets.
• Handle customer order intake and coordinate fulfilment with the production team.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across production, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to workplace policies.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality specifications and approved supplier processes are followed.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports to Harobed & Associates, covering production performance, staffing, and operational issues.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards across the facility.
• Act as the primary point of operational accountability on site, escalating issues to Harobed & Associates as needed.

Requirement & Competencies

Education / Qualification

• Minimum HND or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial/Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Essential)
• Further professional certification in operations or production management (Desirable)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a production or plant management role, ideally within Manufacturing (Essential)
• Experience managing a multi-functional floor team (Essential)
• Experience specifically within plastics or injection moulding manufacturing (Desirable)

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and people management skills (Essential)
• Strong understanding of production planning and quality control (Essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication (Essential)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills (Essential)
• Ability to manage multiple functions — production, procurement, inventory, and logistics — simultaneously (Essential)
