About the Role
- We are looking for energetic and results-driven FMCG Merchandisers to support our growing Sales team across selected locations in Abuja.
- Each Merchandiser will be responsible for managing assigned outlets, ensuring product availability and visibility, monitoring stock, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's outlet network.
Responsibilities
- Visit and manage assigned retail outlets within your designated location.
- Ensure our products are available and properly displayed.
- Monitor stock levels and identify outlets requiring replenishment.
- Build relationships with outlet owners and managers.
- Identify and onboard new outlets within your territory.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
- Gather relevant market and outlet information.
- Support sales activities within assigned locations.
- Submit accurate daily/weekly activity and outlet reports.
- Work towards assigned outlet coverage and sales KPIs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 1 year experience.
- Previous experience in FMCG merchandising, sales, field sales, or related roles is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the assigned location.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales volume targets.
- Must be organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Must reside within or have easy access to the assigned location.
