Job Summary

Beveledge Interior Designs, a luxury custom furniture and interior design brand, is seeking a proactive and persuasive Social Media Sales Representative to manage inbound leads on Instagram and Facebook and convert them into paying clients. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement and sales, requiring someone who can respond quickly, qualify leads by budget and intent, and close deals professionally — while maintaining Beveledge's luxury brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to all DMs, comments, and inquiries on Instagram and Facebook
• Qualify leads by budget, project scope, and timeline before advancing them through the sales funnel
• Use approved sales scripts (WhatsApp/DM) to guide prospects from inquiry to purchase
• Follow up consistently with warm leads who haven't converted, without being pushy
• Maintain an organized log/CRM of all leads, their status, and conversion outcomes
• Escalate high-value or complex inquiries (e.g., large B2B/hospitality orders) appropriately
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and lead-time information to prospects
• Coordinate with the design/production team to confirm feasibility before closing
• Track and report weekly conversion rates, objections encountered, and lead quality
• Flag recurring objections or pricing mismatches to management for strategy adjustment

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in social media sales, customer service, or a similar closing role
• Excellent written communication skills — persuasive, professional, and warm
• Strong understanding of Instagram/Facebook messaging tools and comment management
• Comfortable handling high-ticket sales conversations (furniture/interior design pricing)
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking spreadsheets is a plus
• Prior experience in luxury goods, interior design, or real estate sales is an advantage
