Job Summary

• We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own product strategy, discovery, execution and growth across our product portfolio.
• This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn business and customer problems into clear product decisions and work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable value.

What You’ll Do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritiesfrom discovery to launch and beyond.
• Lead customer discovery, research and validation to identify high-value problems.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, data and technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing to deliver products effectively.
• Own the product backlog and maintain clear execution priorities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, retention and business outcomes.
• Use customer feedback, analytics and market insights to continuously improve products.
• Lead product launches and drive post-launch adoption and iteration.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve blockers and keep teams aligned.
• Mentor Product Managers and strengthen product management practices across the organisation.
