Job Summary
- As the Project Coordinator, you will coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, documentation, costs, and stakeholder activities are effectively managed from project initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, site visits, schedules, milestones, deliverables, payment timelines, and action points across multiple projects
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to monitor progress, compliance, and timely project execution
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, variation orders, payment certificates, and project trackers
- Assist with Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, measurement take-offs, interim valuations, variations, and tender submissions
- Support the Senior Project Manager with correspondence, meetings, reports, procurement coordination, and site logistics
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Plant Installation, or Industrial/Manufacturing projects
- Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, deliverables, multiple workstreams, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Working knowledge of BoQs, measurements, cost estimates, valuations, payment certificates, and basic contract administration; NIQS membership/pursuit is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling/tracking tools.
