Talent Acquisition Lead

• Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy in line with business and workforce plans; partner with business leaders and hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and provide recruitment market intelligence and insights.
• Recruitment Delivery & Talent Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial specialist and critical roles; develop innovative sourcing strategies and build high-quality talent pipelines using direct sourcing LinkedIn Recruiter referrals professional networks and other channels.
• Candidate Experience & Selection: Manage a seamless candidate journey from attraction through onboarding including interviews assessments background checks references and offers. Ensure fair and consistent selection through structured competency-based assessment.
• Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Drive initiatives that position the organisation as an employer of choice working with Corporate Communications on recruitment campaigns while strengthening employee referrals professional networks university partnerships and other talent communities.
• Recruitment Operations & Technology: Manage recruitment systems talent databases and applicant tracking processes while leveraging digital tools automation and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Talent Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill quality-of-hire source effectiveness offer acceptance and pipeline health providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and collaborate with Learning People Operations Rewards and other People Experience & Culture teams to support effective talent management and onboarding. Manage external recruitment partners where required.
• Governance Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure recruitment activities comply with Nigerian labour laws internal policies and governance requirements. Continuously review and benchmark recruitment practices tools and processes to improve hiring speed quality candidate experience and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Social Sciences or a related discipline with professional HR certification (e.g. CIPM CIPD SHRM HRCI) highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years progressive Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience including at least 3 years in a recruitment leadership or managerial role with proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing executive recruitment headhunting and talent pipeline development including attracting passive talent.
• Experience within financial services professional services or other fast-paced corporate environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms.
• Strong strategic leadership people management workforce planning employer branding interviewing assessment analytical project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication negotiation influencing organisation and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities effectively.
• Strong ownership accountability and results orientation with a proactive and adaptable approach to achieving recruitment objectives.
