Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content and social media strategies across relevant digital platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and other digital content that communicate the brand effectively.
• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and bring creative ideas to life.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
• Track content and campaign performance using relevant analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Use performance data to improve content quality, reach, engagement, and overall digital performance.
• Maintain consistency in the company’s visual identity, tone, and online presence.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Media, Content Creation, or Social Media Management.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• FMCG experience is an added advantage.
