Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to capture market share within the corporate and SME sectors by leveraging advanced knowledge of FX markets and payment rails.

• Manage sophisticated liquidity management and hedging strategy consultations for high-value clients to mitigate currency risk and optimize international transaction efficiency.

• Lead the end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle, from initial outreach and high-stakes negotiations to final deal execution and ongoing account management.

• Utilize CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite to maintain granular oversight of client portfolios, track pipeline velocity, and ensure accurate reporting of trade activities.

• Drive consistent revenue growth through the identification of cross-selling opportunities, delivering bespoke financial solutions that align with evolving client needs.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in FX & treasury sales and cross-border payments.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully acquiring, retaining, and expanding relationships with large-scale corporate and SME clients over an extensive career tenure.

• Possess advanced technical proficiency in managing complex FX transactions, global payment infrastructure, and institutional liquidity products.

• Exhibit expert-level negotiation and communication skills, with a history of closing high-value deals and managing high-touch client relationships.

• Display a mature, proactive, and analytical mindset capable of navigating the complexities of the global financial market with minimal supervision.

• Must be based in Nigeria and able to adhere to our hybrid working model; note that this position requires no travel.
