Sales Representative

We are seeking a smart energetic and customer-focused sales representative to drive sales deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion be a good leader and should have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide personalised shopping assistance.
  
• Recommend products and offer styling advice based on customer needs.
  
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
  
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  
• Keep up to date with new arrivals promotions and fashion trends.
  
• Assist with stock replenishment inventory counts and receiving new stock
  
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  
• Prepare daily sales reports as required by management.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of an OND in any discipline.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales preferably within a fashion store.
  
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Well-groomed professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Candidates must reside in or close to Ikeja GRA Lagos to ensure punctuality and ease of commuting.
  

Benefits

Salary: 150000 - 200000net

Location: Ikeja GRA Lagos.

Required Skills:

BSC/HND in any discipline 12 years of customer service sales or administrative experience. Fresh graduates done with NYSC are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn take initiative and adapt quickly. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
