Our client is a well-established plastic manufacturing organization in Nigeria, engaged in the manufacturing of household plastic products, drums and furniture. The company operates with a diverse workforce and is focused on strengthening its branch operations, sales performance, warehousing and administrative functions.

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Asaba, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall branch operations, covering sales, warehousing and administration.
• Drive branch sales and revenue growth by developing customers and expanding market presence.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory movement, stock control and product availability.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth branch functioning.
• Lead, supervise and motivate a diverse branch team, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare reports and ensure effective use of MS Excel and operational data.
• Identify operational issues, take timely decisions and drive continuous improvement at the branch level.

Desired Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing / related industries.
• Strong background in sales, warehousing and branch operations.
• Proven team leadership and administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and communication.
• Nigerian market experience preferred.
• B.Com required; MBA preferred.
