Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Lead to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and capacity building.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery

1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs.

2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.

3. Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards.

4. Assist the Business Development team to drive training sales and revenue growth.

5. Assist the business development team in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new

clients.

6. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Client Engagement

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

2. Conduct client needs assessments to identify training opportunities.

3. Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Training Costing and Operations

1. Develop and manage training budgets and costs.

2. Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and facilitators.

3. Ensure smooth training operations and delivery.

Requirements:
* HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 5years' experience in training and development
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and in a team
