Business Operation Coordinator

• Monitor and track plantation activities schedules and operational targets.
• Maintain accurate trackers calendars and dashboards for ongoing activities.
• Collect consolidate and analyse operational data from different sites and teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for the CEO.
• Identify delays gaps inconsistencies and operational risks and escalate them promptly.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure pending actions are completed on time.
• Track the usage and availability of key operational inputs materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of activities costs consumption and performance.
• Coordinate information flow between Head Office and field teams.
• Support the development and improvement of operational processes and reporting systems.
• Ensure agreed actions are followed through and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Use AI tools and other digital solutions to improve reporting analysis and productivity.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Accounting Supply Chain Agriculture Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business operations project coordination operations supply chain reporting data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience preparing reports trackers and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently take ownership and proactively identify issues.

Added Advantage

• Experience in agriculture plantation FMCG manufacturing logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools.
• Experience coordinating multiple locations teams or projects.
• Knowledge of inventory planning or operational performance tracking.
