Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee the company's administrative operations and ensure efficient coordination of office activities, personnel, documentation, and support services.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proven experience managing administrative functions in a structured organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their daily responsibilities.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and general workplace requirements.
  • Maintain accurate company records, files, contracts, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, official correspondence, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Support HR activities, including staff onboarding, attendance monitoring, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare administrative reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify operational and administrative challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support management in implementing organizational policies and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administration or office management.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
