Job description
  • Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements in line with business and client needs.
  • Develop and manage project plans budgets schedules resources milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers engineers QA specialists business analysts and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships provide regular project updates gather feedback and ensure expectations are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks issues dependencies and scope changes implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.
  • Monitor project progress costs resource utilization and performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope budget quality and timelines.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality security compliance and client requirements.
  • Lead project meetings reviews and status reporting ensuring timely resolution of project blockers.
  • Coordinate project closure client handover post-project reviews and implementation of lessons learned.
  • Apply Agile methodologies where applicable including sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efficiency and adoption of effective project management tools and delivery practices.


    • Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Management or a related field.
    • At least 2-4 years of experience in project management managing IT or business technology solutions projects.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving software development system integration or IT infrastructure
    • Experience in managing client relationships working with cross-functional teams and delivering business-critical solutions.
    • Experience in managing remote or distributed teams and projects.
