Our client a bakery retail company seeks to employ a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys strategic and operational plans.
  
• Provide leadership across operations finance sales procurement production and human resources.
  
• Drive revenue growth profitability and operational excellence.
  
• Establish and monitor organizational KPIs.
  
• Oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory quality and food safety standards.
  
• Build high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Manage key stakeholder relationships including suppliers partners and regulatory agencies.
  
• Report organizational performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (.) or HND in Business Administration Management or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience with significant leadership responsibility in FMCG food manufacturing retail or hospitality
